Job Descriptions
Oversee recruitment, selection, and assessment processes to meet talent acquisition goals.
Implement and manage HR services, including HRIS, payroll, and administrative functions.
Conduct and interpret psychogram/psychodiagnostic analysis and Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI).
Lead people development programs and employee engagement activities to support workforce capabilities.
Analyze and monitor HR metrics to support strategic HR planning.
Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members to develop their skills.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards within the HR department.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
