Job Descriptions

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and assessment processes to meet talent acquisition goals.
  • Implement and manage HR services, including HRIS, payroll, and administrative functions.
  • Conduct and interpret psychogram/psychodiagnostic analysis and Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI).
  • Lead people development programs and employee engagement activities to support workforce capabilities.
  • Analyze and monitor HR metrics to support strategic HR planning.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members to develop their skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards within the HR department.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
