Oversee the company’s compliance with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems).
Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Develop and conduct safety training sessions for employees to promote a safe and healthy working environment.
Ensure all employees are well-versed in safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
Lead investigations into any accidents, incidents, or near-miss events, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Maintain records and prepare detailed reports on safety and environmental performance.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of all safety-related documents, including safety audits, risk assessments, and certifications.
Collaborate with HR and management to implement safety policies and regulations.
Work closely with other departments to identify and mitigate risks and ensure adherence to SHE standards.
Provide technical support to address safety concerns and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials, waste, and other environmental concerns.

Ability to spot potential risks or safety violations quickly and address them appropriately.
Meticulous in record-keeping, ensuring compliance documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate safety protocols and incidents to all levels of the organization.
Able to present safety training in a clear and engaging manner.
Strong ability to lead safety initiatives, influence others to follow safety standards, and foster a culture of safety across the company.
Encourage and enforce safety protocols with a positive approach to ensure high employee engagement.
Proactive in identifying potential safety hazards and providing solutions.
Able to respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies with sound judgment.

In-depth understanding of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
Experience implementing and maintaining these standards within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
ISO 45001 certification is highly preferred.
Familiarity with occupational safety laws, risk assessment, and workplace safety protocols.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
Capable of conducting thorough investigations of workplace accidents or incidents.
Skilled in identifying root causes and preparing detailed reports and action plans.
