MARKETING STAFF

Support the marketing team in executing promotional activities and campaigns.
Prepare marketing reports and analyze data using Microsoft Office tools.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant support.
Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Read and interpret technical drawings for marketing purposes, aiding in customer understanding.
Manage, organize, and maintain marketing documentation and materials.
Collaborate with the team to achieve the department’s marketing goals and targets.
Ensure deadlines and schedules are followed in project execution.
Experience in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication to convey marketing concepts clearly.
Capable of engaging with different clients and adapting communication styles.
Work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues in marketing and other departments.
Able to adapt quickly to changing environments and project requirements.
Capable of handling multiple tasks and adjusting priorities as needed.
Show initiative in identifying opportunities and completing tasks without requiring constant supervision.
Ability to creatively solve challenges in marketing activities and campaigns.
Proficient in both active and passive English.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings for use in marketing materials and presentations.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for report generation and data analysis.
Skills in analyzing marketing data to provide insights that contribute to decision-making and campaign improvements.
Experience in planning and executing marketing events and exhibitions.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
